Publishing, Inc. incorporated in 1984. In January
1985, we ran our first advertisment of Threshold
Builder Contracts and Forms.
Wilhelm Publishing, Inc. has
become the sales leader in quality residential
and light commercial construction Contracts and
Forms. Over 15,000 contractors in the United States
and several countries use Threshold Builder Contracts
and Forms.
Threshold Builder Contracts and
Forms were developed from years of construction
experience with the help of attorneys, other homebuilders,
subcontractors of the 14 major trades, suppliers,
lenders, architects, draftsman, etc.
In March, 1985, the National
Association of Homebuilders asked to review printed
copies of our original set of Contracts and Forms.
They formed a committee of staff members at the
National Association as well as homebuilders from
around the country to review the contracts and
forms. The result was a positive recommendation
of our contracts and forms.
Threshold Builder Contracts and
Forms have been praised by many contractors, as
well as many reviewers in magazines, newsletters,
etc., to numerous to mention here.
We continue to develop and add
new contracts and forms to our product line for
builders and subcontractors. We want to help contractors
do their construction work efficiently, and more
